Their success rate was really encouraging

Beth, Montrose

I wanted some information on my birth parents. I had just turned 18 and always knew that after my 18th birthday I wanted to try and find them. My adoptive parents were really supportive, but warned me that a private detective might not be able to find them, with so little information to go on. I knew my mother's maiden and married name, and my father's name, and of course where my birth was registered. Aberdeen Detectives talked me through the possibilities and their methods when I called them. Their success rate was really encouraging, so I decided to go with it. It was a bumpy, emotional ride, but we got there in the end. Thanks to Aberdeen Detectives, I now have relationships with two sets of parents.
